Junior Sales Manager

Permanent employee, Full-time · Italy Bolzano

Your mission
The role consists of developing commercial opportunities with new and existing clients and agencies. You will work in the Commercial team, reporting to the Sales Director. You'll work closely with the Sales team and Project Managers focused on project development and execution.

  • Research & identify new potential leads using internal contacts as well as your own researching skills;
  • Identify each client's needs, adapt proposals to suit their requirements and work together with internal projects management division;
  • Constantly build an organised and consistent pipeline of prospects, providing accurate insights to management;
  • Qualify prospective publishers via outbound emails and follow the pipeline untill the negotiation closing.
Your profile
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales;
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic about Gaming and esports;
  • Must be interested in sales and curious about technological innovations (e.g. Metaverse & NFT);
  • Be a gamer or have participated in gaming tournaments is a plus;
  • Strong communication, listening and analytical skills, with a positive approach;
  • Energetic, proactive & results-driven;
  • Comfortable with a dynamic, high change company and industry and with relationships with colleagues of others countries (EMEA mainly)
  • Resilient and able to perform under pressure;
  • Desire to succeed and a passion for sales
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT:
Must be proficient or native in Italian and fluent in English.
Fluency in any other language is a plus.
